Product liability suits have been defended in Big Spring, Cotulla, Edinburg, Laredo, McAllen, Port Lavaca, Rio Grande City, San Antonio, Seguin, Seminole and Waco. Other civil suits have been defended in Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, and north, south, west, east and central Texas.

Product liability suits have involved several kinds of products, including grinding equipment, ladders, gasoline powered lawn mowers, line trimmers, motors, nibblers, electric and gas saws, saw blades, scaffolds, spark plugs, switches, valves, water heaters and wrenches. Circumstances have included amputations, burns, death, falls, fires, silicosis, lost profits and property damage. Suits have also involved claims of premises liability, and employer and work place liability.
