Trial attorney in charge, focusing on product liability suits, and on other personal injury suits, estate and trust litigation, and business and commercial claims. Experience has also included assault, automobile collisions, bad faith, business, commercial, contract, deceptive trade practice, defamation, fraud, medical malpractice, negligence, premises liability, workers compensation act violations, and warranty litigation. Responsibilities have included preparation of budgets, reporting to management, investigation, design of litigation test procedures, preparation of witnesses, discovery, pre-trial, jury trials and appeals.

Jury trials have been in Austin, Bandera, Beaumont, Beeville, Brownsville, Corpus Christi, Del Rio, George West, Hondo, Odessa and San Antonio. Product liability suits have been defended in Big Spring, Cotulla, Edinburg, Laredo, McAllen, Port Lavaca, Rio Grande City, Seguin, Seminole and Waco. Other civil suits have been defended in Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, and north, south, west, east and central Texas.

Product liability suits have involved several kinds of products, including grinding equipment, ladders, line trimmers, motors, nibblers, electric and gas saws, saw blades, scaffolds, spark plugs, switches, valves, water heaters and wrenches. Circumstances have included amputations, burns, death, falls, fires, silicosis, lost profits and property damage. Suits have also involved claims of premises liability, and employer and work place liability.
